Here's What You Need To Know

You Need: at least 1  set of dumbbells.  Preferably 3 sets – a light, medium and heavy. In addition you need a booty band and open loop resistance band.  
Begin: Access to the workouts begins now! Click here to check out the member area and get started.  The official challenge starts on 9/18/23 through 10/29/23.  You will receive an email on 9/18/23 with week 1’s challenge!
