This is a 6 week challenge is designed to build strength and confidence and set you up for long term success.

Here's What You Need To Know

You need:  gather your workout equipment, select a mantra (ideas below) and be on the look out for the first email with your nutrition goal for week 1!
Begin: The challenge starts on 4/29/24 through 6/09/24.  
You will receive weekly emails with all the details for each week of the challenge!
