This is a 4 week program designed to build strength and confidence and set you up for long term success.  

There are 3 – 30 minute workouts each week – lower body, upper body, and full body. The workouts are full length videos that you can complete on your own time whenever fits YOUR schedule!

Here's What You Need To Know

You Need: a set of dumbbells.  I recommend starting with about 5-8 lbs, although some people are comfortable with heavier weights.  
Begin: Access to the workouts will begin on 10/28/24 through 11/24/24.  You will receive an email with a link on 10/28 access the workouts.
