Thank you for signing up for Balance + Coaching!

Here’s what you need to know:

  • 3 one-on-one Zoom or Phone Coaching Calls: Week of 9/18, 10/2, and 10/23. You will schedule this with me based on your personal preference.  I will send an email with scheduling instructions soon. 
  • There will be 3 Group Zoom Coaching Calls: 9/24, 10/8, 10/29 at 8:30 pm. (these will be recorded if you cannot attend the live).  I will send you a link via e-mail for the zoom calls.
  • Weekly Friday Check-ins starting 9/22 and ending 10/27.  You will be sent a Google form via email to complete each week.  I will follow up if needed via email or Voxer.

  • 24/7 access to me via e-mail or Voxer to ask questions, get support, or be encouraged. 

  • If you do not already have the Voxer Walkie Talkie Messenger app- please download it– it’s free and send me a message with your name so I can add you to my contacts.  My name on Voxer is lwetten

Prior to our first One-on-One Coaching call please do the following:

  1.  Watch the Macros Made Simple video of FABfit Balance (43 minutes)

  2. Calculate your macros- watch the How to Set Your Macros video (21 minutes)

  3. Download My Fitness Pal and become familiar with it – watch My Fitness Pal #1 and My Fitness Pal #2 videos (37 minutes)

  4. Download Voxer Walkie Talkie Messenger App and send me a message- lwetten

  5. Write down any questions you have.  We will discuss a year long plan for you to find  the most success, so please come with your calendar!
