How the Fit 4 Summer Challenge works:
Complete 4 FABFit workouts each week for 6 weeks! *Brand new FABfit 30 workouts- 30 minutes on the dot!
60 minutes of cardio each week! (You can run, walk, bike, do a HIIT) You can do all 60 mins. one day, 30 mins. 2 days, 15 mins. 3 days, etc. —60 minutes total each week!
Each week you will receive an email with an easy, healthy eating goal to follow. Six goals in all! (Week 1= 1 goal, week 2 = 2 goals, etc.)
Select a mindset mantra. Write it on a post-it note and put it on your bathroom mirror, on your fridge, on your planner, anywhere and everywhere!
