FABfit Beginner
Beginner starts all full body for the first 3 weeks and then progresses to isolate muscle groups- leg day, arm day, and ab day. FABfit Beginner increases in intensity over the 12 weeks as you get stronger. A perfect place to start for beginners to strength training! This program is designed for anyone who is new to strength training OR who hasn’t exercised in a while OR who wants to focus on proper form. FABfit Beginner is a circuit based resistance training program in which you will complete 4 – 7 minute circuits.
