OG is my original program and where FABfit all began! FABfit continues where Beginner leaves off and adds challenges to the end of each workout as well as bonus workouts each week with lots of variety! ⁣FABfit OG is designed for women who have completed Beginner OR are currently exercising OR are ready to jump into FABfit. This program isolates muscle groups right from week 1 and continues to challenge you right through week 12! FABfit OG is a circuit based resistance training program in which you will complete 4 – 7 minute circuits with 5 minute plank, core, or glute challenge at the end of each workout.
