FABfit +

There’s a full year’s worth of workouts  in the + program! At this level I will continue to challenge you following the progressive overload principle. This program has everything that OG has and MORE— including the addition of resistance bands on leg day and for the glute challenge to really take your workouts to the next level! This program is designed for anyone who has completed at least 12 weeks of FABfit and is ready for the next level of training! FABfit+ is a circuit based resistance training program in which you will complete 4 – 7 minute circuits with 5 minute plank, core, or glute challenge at the end of each workout.
