FABfit Lite

Lite is ALL low impact and low intensity 4 weeks of all full body workouts to work toward gaining strength and confidence in weight training. This program is ideal for those who are just starting to exercise or anyone needing low impact, full body workouts at a low intensity pace. FABfit Lite is a combination of strength training with dumbbells and bodyweight exercises with low impact cardio where you will complete 5 different rounds of exercises- you won’t count reps, just follow me!

FABfit Lite +

Lite+ is a step up from Lite but still ALL low impact and low intensity — 12 weeks of workouts each week there is a lower body day, upper body day, and full body day. This program is ideal for anyone just stating to exercise or anyone needing low impact, full body workouts at a low intensity pace. FABfit Lite+ is a combination of strength training with dumbbells and body weight exercises with low impact cardio where you will complete 5 different rounds of exercises- you won’t count reps, just follow me!
