6 weeks of weight training and HIIT cardio workouts that focus on build days and burn days for a total body workout!
Build Days: Day 1: back and biceps; Day 3: shoulders, triceps and chest; Day 4: legs and core
Burn Days: Day 2: HIIT tabata or ladder + 10 minute core; Day 5: LISS on your own + 15 minute core
Equipment needed: multiple size dumbbells (a light (3-10 lbs), medium (5-12 lbs), and heavy set (8-15 lbs), resistance bands (both the booty bands and the open loop style) optional: a kettlebell (15-25 lbs)
