FABfit Tone

FABfit Tone follows traditional weight training methodology and training days are divided into muscle group splits-  back and biceps / shoulder and core / legs and abs / chest and triceps / glutes and core.  Unlike most of my other programs Tone follows a different format and includes an activation circuit, supersets, trisets, pyramids, and burnouts in each workout.  You will need a variety of different size dumbbells and resistance bands for this program. FABfit Tone is for anyone who wants to focus on building muscles, toning and defining your muscles and gaining strength through low impact weight training exercises.
